Manchester Leathermen presents the Manchester Leather Weekend every year in early October.
Manchester Leather Weekend 2026
Manchester Leathermen brings the UK leather community together for four days of socials, fetish parties, gear shopping, dining and late-night events across Manchester’s Gay Village.
- Stay close to all the events at the Leven Manchester, rated “Exceptional” by guests with modern decor, a bustling hotel bar and perfect location.
The Leather Weekend
- Next Edition: Friday 2nd October – Monday 5th October 2026.
- Manchester Leather Weekend attracts leathermen, rubbermen, pups, bears and fetish fans from across the UK and Europe.
- The programme mixes relaxed daytime gatherings with major parties, including DILF Leather Edition, Alert! Leather Edition and the Sunday Leather Disco.
- Other highlights include the annual dinner, Leather Market, second-hand gear sale, souvenir photography, Cigar Social, BLUF Social, brunch and bingo.
- Most daytime gatherings welcome the wider community. Some late-night parties restrict admission to men and guests presenting as male.
- Leather is encouraged across the weekend. Individual parties may publish separate dress codes and admission rules.
- Stay at The Hotel Brooklyn; just a 4 min walk away. The 4-star hotel has spacious rooms and has won awards for its unique design. Rated “Superb” by guests, it has the perfect location, comfortable rooms and high-end amenities.

- Eagle Manchester – Manchester’s principal men-only leather and fetish club, with DJs, themed parties and cruising areas. The Lodge occupies the upper floor and hosts the weekend’s welcome drinks and Leather Socials. 15 Bloom Street, Gay Village.
- The Thompsons Arms – A long-running Gay Village pub hosting the Leather Market, second-hand gear sale and outdoor Cigar Social. 23 Sackville Street, around three minutes from Canal Street.
- REM Bar – A relaxed Gay Village bar with a loyal local crowd and a popular Sunday-afternoon gathering during Leather Weekend. 33 Sackville Street.

- Richmond Tea Rooms – An Alice in Wonderland-inspired tearoom close to Canal Street, hosting the traditional Monday Tea and Cake farewell. 46 Sackville Street.
Getting Around
- Most Manchester Leather Weekend venues are located within the Gay Village. Eagle Manchester, The Lodge, REM Bar, Via, The Thompsons Arms and Richmond Tea Rooms are all reachable on foot.
- Manchester Piccadilly Station is around five to ten minutes from the Village. Manchester Airport trains normally reach Piccadilly in approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
