- Easy to reach from central Rio by public transit, taxi or rideshare.
- About 16–18 km from Ipanema beachfront neighbourhood (roughly 30–45 minutes by car, depending on traffic).
- Stay close to the beach in Ipanema and take a taxi to the party. The Sol Ipanema Hotel, a stylish beachfront destination, steps from the gay beach at Posto 9 with rooftop pool views over the ocean.
