The Event
- Next Edition: Thursday 14th January 2027 – Sunday 17th January, 2027.
- Sin City is held on the MLK weekend which falls on Monday 18th Jan in 2027.
- Featuring 24 different sports, 10,000 athletes and fans, 24 sports and 500 teams.
- The city is awash with hot athletes working hard during the day and partying just as hard at night.
- GLASA created the Sin City Classic in 2008 & remains committed to creating the best experience possible for diverse roster of dedicated athletes who participate & the fans & allies to come to enjoy the festival.
Where to stay during Sin City
Sin City Classic takes place over the MLK long weekend, so the city will be busier than normal. It is also the Hustlaball weekend.
- The Flamingo is the host hotel for the event. The hotel fills up fast, so book as early in advance as possible.
- Other hotels frequented by athletes during the games include The Link and The Rio.
- The games include a variety of sports; from softball to flag football. Consider the event a smaller version of the Gay Games.
Sin City Party Schedule 2027
- Visitors can expect 5 days of fun, parties and sporting events.
- Major events take place at the host hotel (The Flamingo) unless otherwise stated.
- Full program to be confirmed, but highlights include:
- Sin City Classic Drag Bingo, Athlete's Welcome Party, Sin City Classic Glam Slam Party, Saturday Touchdown at Gipsy and the Sin City Classic Saturday Jock Party.
- Don't miss Sunday evening's Sin City Classic Concert at the Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, followed by the Closing Party.
- Sin City at Flamingo's Garden Bar is the Social hangout spot for athletes with all day and happy hour specials reserved for wristband holders, set beside the Flamingo habitat.

- Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino – Classic Strip resort hosting Sin City Classic registration, meetings, sober space and Garden Bar socials.
- Gipsy Nightclub – Legendary gay nightclub off the Strip with drag shows, big name DJs and busy Sin City Classic late nights.
- Piranha Nightclub – High energy gay club in the Fruit Loop with show bars, multiple rooms and key after parties across the weekend.
- The Phoenix Bar and Lounge – Local gay bar and lounge with karaoke, shows and the Sapphic Soiree crowd during the tournament.
- Big League Dreams Las Vegas – Multi field sports complex hosting the Kicking Out Transphobia soccer showcase for players and fans.
- Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas – Live music and bowling venue on The LINQ Promenade that stages the main concert and the Lexus Closing Party.
Sports Schedule
Touted as the largest annual LGBT sporting event anywhere, the Classic (formally the Sin City Shoot Out) has evolved into a five-day tournament and gathering for more than 8,500 athletes. The schedule is heavy on softball, the only sport played at the inaugural 2008 edition. Since then the event has grown to include 23 other sports and games, from hockey and rock climbing to dodgeball, darts and bridge.
- Softball – Main Event – The Softball Masters championship start from 8am and finish at 4pm on Friday. For all other divisions, the championship games are scheduled to begin at approximately 6pm on Sunday, so please make your travel arrangements accordingly.
- The matches take place at Big League Dreams Las Vegas
