The Vancouver Pride Festival is a large celebration of the LGBTQIA2+ community in the summer. One of its biggest events is the main outdoor festival. This event brings together thousands of individuals in the LGBTQ2+ community and their allies for two day of fun-filled festivities.

- VAN Pride Festival is the main Pride Festival held over the BC Day Long Weekend, during the annual Vancouver Pride celebrations.
- A long‑awaited homecoming After a six‑year hiatus, the Davie Village Pride Festival makes a triumphant return on Sunday, beginning at 2 p.m. and wrapping up at 10 p.m.
- It transforms the heart of Vancouver’s queer neighbourhood—Davie Street from Burrard to Jervis, extending into Nelson Park—into a vibrant, all‑ages celebration that closes out Pride weekend.
- A pulsating festival finale This year’s Pride Parade will follow a reversed, shorter route, launching at Concord Pacific Place, proceeding along Pacific Avenue, and ending in Davie Village—ushering revelers straight into the festival’s “high‑energy, inclusive celebration”
- At the festival, expect live music, drag performances, DJs, roaming entertainers, licensed lounges, extended patios, and a thriving local vendor scene spilling onto the streets.

Nelson Park
- Nelson Park will host an all‑ages, low‑sensory zone from 2–9 p.m., featuring interactive creative stations (think button‑pressing, ribbon‑making), queer artisan stalls, community resource booths, ASL interpretation, and performances by local queer bands on the Concord Pacific Community Stage.
- The festival honours the very first Vancouver Pride Parade, which began right in that park back in 1981.
