The Party
- Next Edition: Saturday 4th April, 2026 – Easter Edition – feat. PJ Knox (UK) @ Aura & Sauna X
- THICK ‘N’ JUICY parties are home to a big family of super sexy men and their LGBTIQ+ friends.
- Everyone is welcome at Thick And Juicy. Parties typically take place during Easter, NYD, Pride and other key holidays throughout the year.
- Guests can expect, high profile DJs, amazing live performers, hunky GoGo dancers and stunning lasers & visuals in one of Sydney’s most spectacular venues.
- The party runs from 9 pm to 4 am and takes over AURA nightclub.
- Certain larger editions have special tunnel access to Sauna X.
The Venue
- Aura – Open-plan, multi-room club with immersive production: full LED wall, bespoke circular truss, L-Acoustics sound system tuned per room.
- Two levels plus an open-air courtyard (The Alley), moody basement lounge, upgraded lighting and decor that respects the heritage of the space.
- Inclusive programming: yearly-round local and international DJs, themed nights, sensory and lounge spaces for downtime.
Sauna X
- Sauna X – A modernised gay men’s sauna built around safety, comfort, connection: spa, sauna, steam rooms, private rooms, rooftop area. Clean, welcoming, LGBTQ-owned/operated.
- To gain access to Sauna X via the Tunnel, you will need to purchase the ‘ADD-ON: Priority entry to Sauna X via Tunnel’, in addition to the dance party ticket.
- The entrance to the Tunnel is located in the foyer area on the right hand side just before you enter the main room upstairs.
- If you do not have the ‘ADD-ON: Priority entry to Sauna X via Tunnel’, you can still gain access on the night – there will be a checkpoint in the Tunnel with a door host who can take your payment on the spot. This person that will also provide you with your towel and locker key for Sauna X.
- To gain access back into Aura, you will need to have some form of clothing and shoes back on. No full frontal nudity in Aura.
- Please note, entry is conditional to Sauna X policies.
- No drinks are allowed in the tunnel.
Mardi Gras Edition 2026
- Friday 27th February 2026 – Thick & Juicy Mardi Gras Edition – three days and nights of parties held during Sydney’s annual Mardi Gras celebrations.
