On Halloween, Arenas Road in Palm Springs transforms into a massive outdoor celebration, including a huge Halloween Costume Contest.

The Tea Dance
- Arenas Road is to traffic from 4pm to 10pm on the night of the celebration.
- The street party kicks off early and people begin to arrive from 6pm.
The Costume Competition
- Registration for the costume contest begins at 6:30 p.m at the information booth on Arenas Road and will end promptly at 7:45 p.m. Registered participants must be in line with their wristband at the main stage no later than 8 p.m. in order to participate.
- The costume ball features some of the most stunning outfits imaginable and the entire city is decorated for the event.
- The winner of the best costume competition is chosen at the end of the night and is crowned as the Honorary “Queen of the Carnavale.”
