This will be the sixth year for the Easter Gay Weekend. The creators, Matinee Group are famous for their International Circuit Festival which takes place at the peak of Summer in August.
- If you plan on staying for the entire weekend, make the NH Calderon your home base. It is ideally located close to the gay bars and clubs of Eixample; close to the famous Las Ramblas in the heart of Barcelona.
The Festival
- This year Easter takes place at the end of March. Spring will have arrived in Barcelona and its the perfect time to escape for a quick break in this amazing city.
- Matinee brings the world’s top parties to Barcelona for an Easter festival that will blow your mind, featuring the hottest dancers, the world’s top circuit DJs and the sexiest guys from across Europe and beyond.

The Schedule
- Parties run from Friday to Sunday and typically include the HIM Party, FOREVER Tel Aviv and the Massive Main Party at Razmatazz – Main Room, La Leche | Room 2, Megawoof on Sunday.

- Safari Disco Club, one of the most wildly fun venues in Barcelona, is located between Sants Estació and Plaza España , one of the nerve centers of Barcelona. The club is a 15 minute walk from Eixaple, Barcelona’s gay district.

It is one of the city’s biggest with a capacity of over 2,000 people in its main hall.
