Dallas Pride 2026 returns with a new one-day festival and night time parade with a revived lineup and fresh energy for the year ahead.

- Next Edition: Saturday 6th June, 2026
- The celebration has shifted from Fair Park to multiple downtown Dallas.
- Events will take place across multiple central parks and public spaces near Main Street.
- It marks a major change in both location and format from recent years.
- The aim is a more urban, festive downtown experience with a first-ever nighttime parade and compact one-day schedule.
- There are still separate local Pride celebrations later in the year, including Pride in Dallas in the Oak Lawn/Cedar Springs district in September.

The Venue
- Fair Park covers 277-acres just east of downtown Dallas. It is a cultural, historical and entertainment venue as well as a National Historic Landmark; many of the buildings were constructed for the Texas Centennial Exposition in 1936.
- It is the most visited attraction in Texas; home to five museums and ten performance venues.
- The Pride venue is a 9 minute (5.3 Mile) journey from the gay district of Oak Lawn in Uptown Dallas.
Pride in Dallas
- Dallas has two prides, the second of which is held in September in Oak Lawn, the historic home of Dallas Pride.
- The event was “re-started” in 2022, with a weeklong series of events and parties culminating in a colorful street parade through the city’s popular gay district.

Gay Dallas Neighbourhoods
- The majority of gay venues in Dallas are centred along Cedar Springs Road in Oaklawn, home to some of the city’s most popular gay bars, restaurants and shops.
- Bishop Arts District is also worth a visit, perfect for some great shopping and a cocktail or two.
- For a younger crowd, places like Station 4, Round-Up Saloon, TMC, and Mister Mister are recommended.
- Many bars on Cedar Springs cluster around the “Crossroads” (Cedar Springs Rd & Throckmorton St).
- Deep Ellum also offers gay-friendly nightlife and drag-centric spaces, often outside the core Cedar Springs area.
- Stay close to the gay district at the Warwick Melrose, a classic upscale hotel right in the heart of Oak Lawn / Uptown, walking distance (about 5–10 minutes) to the main gay bars and nightlife on Cedar Springs Rd, plus comfortable rooms and historic character.

- Station 4 (S4): Large multi-room club with DJs, lasers, patio space and nonstop movement. Best for: post-parade nightlife, dancing until late, high-energy crowds.
- The Rose Room: Dedicated drag theatre upstairs at S4 with polished shows and big personalities. Best for: scheduled drag shows, early evening entertainment before clubbing.
- Alexandre’s: Stylish cocktail bar with DJs and a slightly dressier crowd. Best for: pre-club cocktails, date night, a sharper start to the evening.
- Pekers Bar: Casual gay bar with pool tables and friendly local regulars. Best for: low-key drinks, daytime Pride breaks, decompressing.
- Hidden Door: Unpretentious bar off the main strip with mixed ages and relaxed nights. Best for: escaping crowds, late drinks without the chaos.
Getting to the Gaybourhood
- The Oak Lawn neighborhood (Cedar Springs Rd) is roughly about 2-3 miles northwest of central downtown Dallas.
- By car / rideshare: 8-12 minutes traffic permitting.
- By bike / scooter: 15-20 minutes along main roads like Oak Lawn Ave.
- Public transit: DART options connect downtown to stops near Cedar Springs.
