Munich Gay Pride 2027
Gay Pride Munich is held over nine days in late June. The main parade takes place on the second Saturday with an official party in the Town Hall.

The very first Munich Gay Pride (CSD) took place in 1980. Today the event attracts more than 200,000 people.

Munich Pride
- Next Edition: Saturday 12th June, 2027 to Sunday 27th June 2026.
- The 2027 edition of Munich Pride will host a series of events in a lead-up to one of Germany's most colorful pride parades.
- Besides fun and festivities, the focus is also very much on the political roots of the CSD. Thus the CSD traditionally begins with the demonstration, which is led by the Mayor.
- Key events take place during the final weekend of the celebrations and include:
Munich CSD Pride Parade
- Saturday 26th June, 2027 – The main parade takes place at 12 pm from Marienplatz (station on the U-Bahn and S-Bahn).
- The parade passes landmarks including Gärtnerplatz, Max-Joseph-Platz, and ends along Maximilianstraße.
- Route is approximately 3.5 km through the city center.
- Tip! Grab a spot mid-route near Gärtnerplatz / Müllerstraße: full of energy with great float views, and easy access to beverage stalls and restrooms.
- Stay close to the parade and after parties at The Platz Hotel with a superb location in the Old Town, rated “Fabulous” by guests featuring stylish rooms and “outstanding” breakfasts.
Munich CSD Street Festival
- Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th June, 2027 – The street festival begins at the Marienplatz, Munich's historic central square.
- Two large stages in the centre of the main square play host to local and international entertainers, as well as a street market.
- The street festival spans out across Odeonsplatz, Frauenplatz, Rindermarkt, and Kaufingerstraße.
CSD Clubbing in the City Hall RathausClubbing
- Saturday & Sunday – The honorable neo-gothic Munich City Hall opens its doors and is transformed into an enormous party location for the gay and lesbian community. This is truly unique – worldwide!
- Gary Klein – Long running midweek gay night at the House and Techno Club, Harry Klein.
- NY Club – Weekend gay club with pop party on Fridays and House on Saturdays. International DJs and young crowd.
- Pink Paradise – Mid Week party with guest DJs at Senatore Bar.
Gay Munich
The gay area in Munich is quite small there are 9 gay bars most of them are in the old town (scroll for the map below)around the Glockenbachviertel.
