The Event
- Next Edition: Thursday, December 31, 2026 – New Year´s Eve Edition.
- Rainbow Party is one of Lisbon’s most popular gay party organisers, producing themed parties throughout the year.
- “Réveillon” edition takes over Moon Club in Lisbon, bringing the city’s gay party crowd together for a New Year club night.
- Expect world-class productions with elaborate stage shows, sexy GoGos and guest DJs from the International Circuit.
- Rainbow Party partners with some of the biggest gay circuit events, including Guapo from Brazil.
- They also hosts several pool parties during Lisbon Pride and over the Summer season.

The Venue
- Moon Club – Located on Prior Velho, in the municipality of Loures, on Lisbon’s airport side.
- The club centres on its main floor and DJ setup, with the configuration changing between productions. Recent Moon events advertise a 360-degree format, placing the crowd around the performers for a closer, more immersive club experience.
- Lighting, visuals and themed scenery shape the room’s appearance. Rainbow’s anniversary production featured exclusive decoration and lighting; its Rodeio edition transformed the venue with country-inspired scenery.
- The programme spans techno, tribal house, Brazilian funk, queer raves and gay circuit nights. The atmosphere and visual style follow the promoter taking over the space.
- Prior Velho puts you outside the Bairro Alto and Principe Real bar circuit. Plan pre-party drinks in central Lisbon, then travel a 25-minute drive to the club by taxi or app car.

Before the Party
Start your evening around Bairro Alto and Príncipe Real, with dinner followed by drinks before travelling to Moon Club.
- Lumi Rooftop at The Lumiares offers cocktails, contemporary Portuguese cooking and views across Lisbon towards the Tagus. Reserve ahead and check its New Year menu.
- Shelter Bar, on Rua do Diário de Notícias, is a friendly bear bar welcoming everyone. Drop in for gin, wine or craft beer and a relaxed start to the evening.
