Myrtle Beach celebrates Pride during June with LGBTQ+ events bringing together locals and visitors from across South Carolina and the wider Grand Strand.

Pride in the Park

- Pride in the Park is one of Myrtle Beach’s main LGBTQ+ community celebrations.
- The festival is produced by Pride Myrtle Beach, a volunteer-run LGBTQ+ non-profit serving Myrtle Beach and communities across the Grand Strand.

Gay Myrtle Beach
- The Grand Strand stretches along the South Carolina coast from Little River through Myrtle Beach and south towards Georgetown, combining miles of beaches with resorts, restaurants and entertainment.

- For nightlife, head to St George Bar on 8th Avenue North, a longstanding local gay bar popular for karaoke, drinks and a friendly local crowd.
