Austria Pink Lake Festival 2023
Four day event set on the stunning Worthersee lake
Austria Pink Lake Festival 2023 a unique and fun event.
Set on the stunning Wörthersee lake this four day event gets busier every year with over 3000 people attending last year’s events. The beach club, the roller disco, Almdudler costume party and the pink lake boat cruise party, are some of our favourite events during the Pink Lake Festival.
- Wörthersee books up far in advance, especially during the high Summer Season, so book your stay early. Stay close to the parties in the Pörtschach am Wörthersee district.
Welcome Party
- August 23rd – At the Pörtschach Promenade Magic
- From 8 p.m. live music with SaxFred on the veranda by the lake (near the tennis courts)
- 10:30 p.m. fire show in the Werzer tennis arena
Beach Club on Pink Island
- August 24th – 27th –The flower island in the Promenadenbad Pörtschach will be the “Pink Island” again from Thursday to Sunday.
- Chilled DJ music, fun beach games, water sports and a small but fine gastro offering await! Relax all day after the wild party nights of the Pink Lake festival.
Almdudler Almrausch Party
- August 24th – Leonstain Castle – At the “Almdudler Almrausch Party”, Enjoy an Oktoberfest atmosphere complete with the traditional “Dirnd’l & Lederhosen – Dresscode” and a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
- Enjoy rustic music, official beer tapping and hearty dishes from the grill, the perfect ingredients for an atmospheric kick-off night.
- Opens at 5.30pm. Party begins at 9pm.
Pink Lake Club Night
- August 25th – From 7 p.m.: PRE-CLUB (warm up) at Monte-Carlo-Platz
- From 9:00 p.m. until the wee hours: PINK CLUB NIGHT in the factory: live DJs at the turntables, shows and go-go dancers
Boat cruise party
- Saturday, August 26th at 7pm – The highlight of the festival is the “Boat Cruise Party” on the turquoise blue waters of Lake Wörthersee – on three Wörthersee ships! Through the spectacular mooring (tying together), the three ships become the largest dance floor on the lake in the course of the evening.
- Boarding from 7 p.m. at the Pörtschach-Werzer landing stage
- Duration: 3 hours (start and end in Pörtschach)
