Bearmania P Town 2027

Celebrate the 10th anniversary of BearMania, the annual bear circuit party during PTown’s world-famous bear week.

The Event

  • Next Edition: Awaiting dates – Typically Saturday to Saturday in mid July.
  • Prepare to dance your bear socks off at some of Provincetown’s legendary venues as Bearmania brings the biggest parties, DJs, dancers and performers for a Summer event to remember.
  • Events include Porkroll, MeatRack, Hot For You, Fagbash, Polyglamorous, Sneaks by Polyglamorous and Horse Meat Disco.
  • Events take over Purgatory, The Crown and Anchor and The Red Room.

  • Expect the following parties. Days to be confirmed, but typically follows this schedule:
  • Parties take over Crown and Anchor, Red Room and Purgatory.
  • Late night parties kick off from 9 pm.
Party What to Expect
Porkroll Bear Week kicks off with big beats, international guests, underwear, gear and a packed opening-night crowd.
Meat Rack A favourite with bears, leather and gear fans, backed by driving house music and a busy dance floor.
Pool Intentions The week’s flagship daytime party with DJs, cocktails, sunshine and hundreds of bears by the pool.
Hot For You The after-pool party keeps the energy high with top DJs, strong club beats and a lively late-night crowd.
Bearmania Bonfire A relaxed sunset gathering on the beach, ideal for meeting new people and taking a break from the clubs.
F*GBASH A high-energy midweek party with an inclusive crowd, great music and one of the busiest floors of the week.
CHUNK One of the biggest nights of Bear Week, known for international DJs, major production and a packed crowd.
Horse Meat Disco Disco classics, uplifting house and a full dance floor from the much-loved London party crew.
Underwear Party The traditional closing party, with everyone stripping down for one final night of Bear Week fun.

The Venues

  • The Red Room At Velvet – One of PTowns busier nightclubs and hosts several theme nights, including the exceptional Underwear party. Located at 258 Commercial St.
  • Crown and Anchor  – Along the town’s main street, the lively inn and gay entertainment complex host some of the season’s biggest parties.
  • Purgatory – Gay dance club with various theme nights in the basement of Gifford House, a vintage inn, open tourist season only.
  • Enjoy the “suite life” at the Benchmark Inn, rated “Exceptional by guests, with stunning views, delicious homemade breakfast treats and located right in the middle of downtown PTown.
