What to Expect
RE:CODED brings together Berlin’s fetish regulars and international visitors arriving for SNAX Weekend. The focus is split between the music and the extensive cruising facilities, with separate spaces for dancing, meeting guys and exploring.
- The techno floor features Ben Manson, Tugay Hiller, Hendrik Milan and Ari Denaro, with a harder soundtrack suited to the industrial setting.
- The house floor brings Moussa, Jaycap, FÆLAN and PRISMA together for a separate programme, giving guests a choice of music throughout the night.
- The XXL darkroom and equipped playrooms offer dedicated spaces for cruising, away from the main dance floors.
- Leather, rubber, sportswear, harnesses and other fetish outfits are part of the entry requirements. Ordinary streetwear without a fetish element may be refused.
- Photography and filming are prohibited. The organiser enforces a consent-first policy throughout the venue.
The Venue – ROSA Club
RE:CODED takes over ROSA Club at Storkower Straße 121 in northeast Berlin, replacing the previously announced PKH Warehouse location.
- The venue provides an industrial backdrop with raw concrete interiors, two music floors and extensive darkroom and play areas.
- Located in the Storkower Straße area, northeast of the city centre, with Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain nearby.
- Storkower Straße and Landsberger Allee S-Bahn stations provide public transport connections.
- From Schöneberg, allow around 25-35 minutes by taxi, depending on traffic and your starting point.
- Tickets purchased before the venue change remain valid.
- Entry is at the discretion of the door team. Fetish clothing and valid photo ID are compulsory.
- Tickets: Book through Resident Advisor. Regular advance tickets cost €27 until Friday 6th November, rising to €30 thereafter, plus booking fees. Couple and group tickets are also available.
Make a SNAX Weekend of It
RE:CODED takes place between two major Berlin fetish events, giving visitors three consecutive nights of parties.
- Thursday 12th November: Naked SNAX at Lab.oratory. A men-only naked fetish event, with its own entry rules.
- Friday 13th November: RE:CODED at ROSA Club from 10 pm, with eight DJs, two floors and XXL cruising areas.
- Saturday 14th November: FC SNAX United at Berghain and Lab.oratory, featuring the annual sportswear and fetish edition.
RE:CODED and SNAX are separate productions with individual tickets, dress codes and entry requirements.
Before the Party
Schöneberg is Berlin’s traditional gay and fetish district, centred on Fuggerstraße, Motzstraße and Nollendorfplatz. It’s a useful meeting point before heading across the city to ROSA.
- Prinzknecht – Fuggerstraße 33. A long-running men’s bar with a large central counter and outdoor seating, popular with bears, leather guys and international visitors.
- WOOF Berlin – Fuggerstraße 37. A sociable bear and fetish bar attracting hairy guys, puppies, bikers and leather enthusiasts. Opens daily from 9 pm.
- New Action – Kleiststraße 35. A men-only fetish cruising bar with a labyrinth-style darkroom and themed dress-code nights. A more sexually focused alternative to the neighbourhood’s traditional bars.
Allow time to cross the city if you’re planning to arrive at ROSA for the opening sets.
Where to Stay
Schöneberg is the most practical base for a full fetish weekend, with gay bars, shops and restaurants around Nollendorfplatz and Wittenbergplatz. For easier access to ROSA, consider the eastern side of Berlin.

- Riu Plaza Berlin – Best for longer stays. Spacious rooms and suites, a fitness centre and a convenient location near Nollendorfplatz.

Being such a large city, gay neighbourhoods are scattered around Berlin, in the districts of Schöneberg and Kreuzberg (the western part of Berlin) as well as in Prenzlauer Berg (eastern part). Recently, the district of Friedrichshain developed a trendy area for upmarket coffee shops and cocktail bars. The majority of the gay hotels, bars, cafes and shops in Berlin are located in the Schöneberg district.
