Kick Start your celebrations with a Gay Christmas Festival – Provincetown style!

Provincetown Holly folly, previously a weekend long festival in early December has expanded for the first time ever, through the entire month of December with expanded weekends featuring a fun holiday market, shopping, dance parties, sing-alongs, drag-bingo events and cultural activities to kick start your Christmas celebrations.

• Although it is off season, weekends in PTown fill up, especially for special events, so book your hotel in advance as you would in the Summer season. Check out the Foxberry Inn, a charming hotel with great rooms, excellent breakfast options and charming hosts.

The Event

• Friday, 5th December, 2025 –  At Provincetown Town Hall – The Gayest Holiday Show in Town takes over tow town hall in a benefit for the Business Guild.
• Don’t miss this all-star line-up that includes some of your favorite Provincetown talents to help celebrate the season.

Boston Gay Men’s Chorus: Holigays!

• Saturday, December 6th | 8pm – Provincetown Town  Hall
• A big, joyful holiday show with serious talent and plenty of camp.
• Bring friends, grab a seat, and kick off December in style.

Holly Folly Bingo

• Sunday, December 7th | 1pm – Crown and Anchor
• Silly, loud, a little chaotic, and full of holiday cheer.
• Drag hosts, big laughs, and a crowd ready to play.

Santa Speedo Run (Jingle Bell Run)

• Saturday, 6th December, 2025 – 9:00 am – 12:00 pm – Get those abs in shape and perhaps meet the love of your life in the Jingle Bell/Santa Speedo Run, a 1 mile run down the center of town, with proceeds benefiting the Cape Cod Firefighter/EMS Cancer Relief Fund.
• One-horse-open-slay your way down Commercial Street in as little clothing as you dare for this frosty fun-run!
• Folks will gather at The Mews (429 Commercial Street) for coffee, strip down, and run through Provincetown to Lopes Square/the Lobster Pot Tree before climbing into their warmest onesie for the Jingle Bell Brunch at Bay Cafe (177 Commercial Street).

Snowball Bar Crawl

• Saturday, December 13th & 27th | 1pm to 5pm

Santa Con Tea

• Saturday, December 6tj, 13th, 20th & 27th 4:00 am – 4:00 am – Red Room, 258 Commercial Street.
• It’s the 4th annual Holly Folly Tea Dance!
• Wear your festive gear, sip on holiday specials, and dance the night away with DJ Tony T.

Holly Folly Gallery Stroll

• Saturdays, December 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th | 1pm to 4pm
• Wander Commercial Street and dip into indie galleries packed with local art and holiday energy. A relaxed afternoon seeing what P-town creatives are cooking up.

The Lobster Pot Christmas Tree

• Official lighting – November 29th, 2025. Stays alight throughout the holiday festivities.

• Vault @ Crown & Anchor,  247 Commercial Street – The Vault is a landmark cruisy hangout for the Bear, Leather and Uniform crowds, with hot guys, pulsing music and boot-black station.
• Tin Pan Alley 269 Commercial Street – Restaurant, bar and piano lounge located in the historic center of Provincetown, serving seasonal American cuisine.
