Getting to The Home
- Take an app car or official taxi from Ipanema or Copacabana.
- The journey from Ipanema normally takes around 25 to 35 minutes, with longer travel times on major festival nights.
- From Copacabana, allow around 20 to 30 minutes.
- Praça Mauá and Parada dos Museus are the nearest VLT stops, but an app car is the easier late-night choice.
- Enter the complete address in the app, since some The Home Presents editions use different venues.
- Arrange the return journey through an app and wait inside the venue until your driver arrives.

Most of Rips gay bars are located in Ipanema and Copacabana. Ipanema’s gayest nightspot is on the beach block of Rua Teixeira de Melo, next to Farme.
