Playa Pride is held in Playa del Carmen Mexico every June and includes pride parties, parades and events attracting visitors from around the world.

Playa Pride Festival
- Monday to Sunday – Awaiting dates – Playa Pride is features a series of cultural events, parties and a flamboyant parade.
- The celebration will convert the streets into parades filled with colours and music; parks into places of tolerance and diversity and cinemas / gallery’s into places of learning and friendship.
- As well as highlighting the advances in Human Rights in Mexico, Playa Pride will celebrate the dynamism and diversity of Playa del Carmen.
Playa Del Carmen Parade
- Saturday – Awaiting dates – The Pride parade takes place on the final Saturday of the event at 4:00 pm, with starting at Av.Benito Juarez Poliforum sports center ending at the Plaza, in front of City Hall with a closing event with special guests an performances.
Arena Pride After Party
- Saturday – Awaiting dates – Arena, the leading circuit party promoter in Mexico, presents a special Arena Pride edition with international guest DJs, gogo dancers and spectacular stage show.

Life both day and night happens on the famous Fifth Avenue, an attractive market where you will find all kinds of shops and boutiques, street vendors, cafés and restaurants, and an international and bohemian atmosphere. The gay clubs in Playa del Carmen is the ‘Playa 69’, on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 12th Street, its fun and may get a little wild, but it’s only open on weekends and well past midnight. For a more diverse group in a classic place stop by the Blue Parrot on the beach and Calle 12 to dance the night away to the sea. In fact, most of the nightlife of Playa del Carmen is on 12th Street.
