Philly Pride is held every year in June during National Gay Pride Month. The Philadelphia LGBT Pride Parade and Festival brings more than 25,000 participators to the city.

- The Gayborhood can be found on the blocks between 11th and Broad streets and Pine and Chestnut streets. In 2007, Philadelphia Mayor John Street dedicated 36 rainbow street signs around the neighborhood. Since then, the rainbows have multiplied, adorning more street signs (72 in all), homes and businesses.

The Parade
- Awaiting dates – Pride is now under the direction of a new group, Philly Pride Collective who are planning a series of events to “Reimagine Pride”.
- Philly’s revamped Pride March runs from Independence Mall to the Gayborhood The PHL Pride March begins at 11 a.m. on the north end of Independence Mall at 5th and Arch streets.
- Though no floats or vehicles will be permitted, the march is open-invitation, and no prior registration is needed.
Sunday Gayborhood Event
- Awaiting dates –Following the march, the PHL Pride Festival will begin at 12 p.m. in the Gayborhood. The festival is focused on uplifting the most marginalized voices in the LGBTQ+ community.
- Featured spaces include Kiki Alley, a celebration space highlighting the rich history of ballroom culture. The Philadelphia Muses Stage will feature performances by Sway Philly and the Boys of Summer.
- The area will also host food trucks and several bars.
Other Events and Parties
- Bos Presents, Philly’s leading gay circuit party promoter hosts a special Philly Pride Circuit Party
- Speakers, community leaders, and LGTBQ advocates will gather at City Hall for the raising of the Philly Gay Pride flag.
- Pride Night at the Philadelphia Zoo invites guests to rock their Pride gear while taking part in Friday Night Bites programming, which features prehistoric foods and snacks.
