El Mozo Rooftop Party Bogotá 2026
El Mozo brings Madrid’s MATRIX circuit party to Bogotá for a special Halloween closing celebration on Monday 2nd November 2026. The Apocalipsis edition takes over Radio Estrella for eight hours of daytime dancing, international DJs and a predominantly gay male crowd.

What to Expect
- El Mozo’s rooftop events have become a regular fixture of Bogotá’s gay circuit calendar, attracting local clubbers and international visitors.
- The Halloween edition brings the MATRIX sound from Madrid to Colombia, with successive DJ sets and a daytime-to-evening schedule. The Apocalipsis theme encourages black outfits, while the party’s electronic soundtrack is aimed squarely at circuit fans.
- The event follows the main El Mozo Halloween party on Sunday night, giving visitors a final afternoon of dancing before the festival’s Monday closing party.
The Venue
Radio Estrella is located at Carrera 15 #99-23, in northern Bogotá, close to the Calle 100 business district.
The venue is north of the main Chapinero gay nightlife area, with restaurants and hotels around Parque de la 93 and Calle 100 providing convenient bases for visitors.
- Allow additional travel time from central Chapinero, particularly during afternoon traffic.
- Use a hotel-arranged taxi or ride-hailing app rather than relying on the event name alone when entering your destination.
- Bogotá sits at approximately 2,640 metres above sea level. Afternoon sunshine can quickly give way to cooler evening temperatures, so bring a light jacket.

Before the Party
The Monday afternoon start makes brunch a better option than an extended bar crawl. For visitors staying over the weekend, Chapinero offers Bogotá’s best concentration of gay nightlife.
- Theatron – Calle 58 Bis #10-32. Bogotá’s enormous LGBTQ+ nightclub, with multiple dance floors, themed rooms and different music styles. Save it for Friday or Saturday night rather than the Monday afternoon.
- Leos Bar Mística – Calle 59 #9-36. A long-running LGBTQ+ bar with karaoke, Latin music and a sociable neighbourhood crowd.
- Bearlove Café Bar – Carrera 9A #60-37. A bear-oriented bar attracting bears, daddies and admirers, particularly during weekend evenings.
- Bar Chiquita Bogotá – Carrera 14A #83-63. A theatrical gay bar-club in Zona Rosa, with drag performances, pop music and reggaeton.
