DRECK is one of Tel Aviv’s long-running gay party brands, returning for big late-night events with local DJs, themed productions and a packed LGBTQ+ crowd.

What to Expect
- DRECK has been part of Tel Aviv’s gay nightlife for years, evolving from a regular midweek party into larger standalone events.
- The crowd is very Tel Aviv: young guys, gym boys, hipsters, bears, friends and visitors mixing together rather than a narrowly defined circuit audience.
- Music is central to the night, with Israeli DJs and changing lineups across different editions. Recent parties have mixed electronic sounds with house and club tracks.
- Come late. Tel Aviv doesn’t really get going until around midnight, and DRECK is designed as a proper after-dark club night rather than an early evening party.
DRECK at Haoman 17
- Recent DRECK editions have taken over Haoman 17, one of Tel Aviv’s landmark large-scale clubs.
- Located at 88 Abarbanel Street, south of Florentin, Haoman is a warehouse-style club designed for major productions, with a large dance floor, powerful sound and enough space for DRECK’s bigger events.
- The venue can change between editions, so check the official announcement before heading out.
Partying in Tel Aviv
- Tel Aviv’s gay nightlife doesn’t revolve around one gay street or a permanent collection of gay clubs. Instead, many of the city’s biggest nights are promoter-led events taking over different venues.
- This makes checking the night’s lineup before you go particularly useful. DRECK may be at Haoman 17 for one edition and move elsewhere for another.
- The city parties late. Dinner at 9 pm or 10 pm followed by drinks and a club after midnight is a much better way to plan your night than arriving at a venue early.
Where to Stay
- For a DRECK weekend, stay around the central beachfront, Dizengoff or Rothschild rather than choosing a hotel beside the club. Party locations can change, and taxis make it easy to reach the larger venues.
