If you visit NOLA for any major weekend, including Southern Decadance, Pride or Mardi Gras, then make your way to the HIT IT Party.
HIT IT returns to New Orleans for its seventh Halloween edition, bringing together men for a night of dancing, cruising and fetish play.
The Boo, Bitch! edition takes place at a secret location in Faubourg Marigny, with music from resident DJ Siren, slings and a clothes check. The party attracts local men and visitors celebrating Halloween in New Orleans.
- Stay at the four-star Hotel Peter and Paul, a restored 19th-century church and school complex in the Marigny. With individually designed rooms, a saltwater swimming pool and The Elysian Bar, it’s an excellent base for the party and nearby Frenchmen Street.

However, the city is known for being LGBTQ+ friendly, and you’ll find gay-friendly establishments and events scattered throughout various neighbourhoods, especially along Bourbon Street in the French Quarter.
