Las Vegas Pride Night Parade in Sin City – How appropriate!

Gay pride in Las Vegas is a two-day weekend event, but as most bars and clubs stay open twenty-four hours a day, don’t count on getting much sleep.

The Event

• Next Edition: Friday, October 9, 2026 to Saturday, October 17, 2026
• Vegas pride has all the showmanship you have come to expect from Las Vegas, with feathers and glitter as far as the eye can see.   This year, Las Vegas Pride takes over two October weekends.
• Watch the night parade downtown on Friday 9th October, then head west for the community festival at Desert Breeze Events Center on Saturday 17th October.
• Between the headline events, the organiser has parties, a pool event and smaller gatherings across the city.

Las Vegas Pride Night Parade 2026

• Las Vegas Pride celebrates its 43rd anniversary on Friday 9th October 2026, during Coming Out Day weekend. Its night parade is one of only two held in Las Vegas each year, drawing more than 30,000 spectators to the downtown district.
• The parade travels north along 4th Street, from Gass Avenue to Stewart Avenue. Expect illuminated entries, colourful costumes and plenty of Vegas flair. A panel of judges scores entries for creativity, spectacle and glamour.

Main Stage Pre Show

• The pre-show begins at 6 pm at the main stage near 4th Street and Bridger Avenue, two blocks south of Fremont Street.
• The parade starts at 7 pm, with festivities continuing into the evening.
• The event attracts thousands of visitors, so book early. Stay on the strip close to the parade and pride festivities. 

Best places to watch the parade

• 4th Street and Bridger Avenue: Choose this spot for the main-stage hosts, pre-show and busiest atmosphere.
• Mid-route, south of Fremont Street: A good spot for photos, with more room to watch and easier access to restrooms.

Block party and after-party

• The block party around 4th Street and Bridger Avenue has food trucks, drinks and exhibitors before and during the parade.
• After the procession, continue the night at Downtown Las Vegas bars.
• This is a separate part of the evening from the parade and its main-stage pre-show

Rainbow Rave

• Saturday 10th October, from 8.30 pm to 2 am – Rainbow Rave is Las Vegas PRIDE’s 18+ dance party for National Coming Out Day weekend.
• The party takes over outdoor A-LOT venue at AREA15 with music by Disco Fries, joined by DJ PORNSTAR, DJ Crums and DJ Lexto.
• Featuring EDM, house, techno and pop remixes, with lights, photo spots and surprise drag performances.
• A-LOT at AREA15 is an open-air event space with a stage setup and views of the Las Vegas Strip. It’s at 3215 South Rancho Drive, about a 7-minute drive from the Strip.

Las Vegas Pride Festival

• Saturday – 17th October, 2026 – Enjoy a full day and night of live shows and pride celebrations on the Saturday of Las Vegas Pride. Book your tickets in advance.
• Desert Breeze Events Center features two stages with music and drag, community organisations, food, vendors and dedicated spaces including Transtopia, Sappho’s Garden and PROUD & Sober.
• The daytime program welcomes families; the organiser advises that Pride After-Dark stage content after 7 pm is intended for adults.
• Festival admission is ticketed. Children aged five and under enter free; the organiser lists reduced youth, student and senior options. Free on-site parking is accessed from Durango Drive via Kids Zone Parkway.
• This venue is away from both Downtown and the Strip, so allow time for the trip and check your return transport before going.

Pride After Party

• Friday 9th October and Saturday 17th October, 2026 – from 10 pm to 2 am –   Join Las Vegas PRIDE  for the official Las Vegas PRIDE PARADE After Party
• The Phoenix Bar and Lounge – Easygoing gay bar with a lounge-feel offering karaoke, pool & a dance floor in a low-key setting.
• Vegas Pride hosts two after parties this year, the first on the weekend of the parade, and the second on the weekend of the festival.

ELEVATE – Pride Pool Party

• Sunday 11th October, 2026 and Sunday 18th October, 2026  at Alexandria Pools located in the Sahara Hotel.
• The annual Vegas Pride Pool Party is one of the highlights of the annual Pride celebrations.
• Elevate hosts two parties this year, the first on the weekend of the parade, and the second on the weekend of the festival.

BENT INN Festival

• Friday to Sunday – Bent Inn & Lounge Bar – Boutique LGBTQ hotel downtown with a laid-back pool, friendly bar scene, and a community-first atmosphere.
• Hosts a series of parties and events throughout the pride celebrations.

Vegas Pride – Gay Bars and Clubs

Gay Clubs and bars come and go in Vegas all the time, but a few gay venues have stood the test of time. All host special Pride theme nights and parties during Las Vegas Pride, including:

• Dust Las Vegas – Sleek new lounge near the Sphere with drag cabaret, DJs, and a late-night crowd that blends locals with visiting performers.
• Flex Cocktail Lounge – Reborn neighborhood favorite on Twain Avenue serving strong drinks, go-go nights, and relaxed patio chats into the early hours.
• Gipsy Nightclub – Classic Vegas gay club revived with high-energy dance nights, stage shows, and a flash of old-school glam on the floor.
• The Garage – Pool tables, shuffleboard, darts & drink specials in a low-key 24/7 gay bar resembling an auto-body shop, just over 2 miles from the famous Las Vegas Strip.

Las Vegas Gay Scene, Where to stay?

• Choose Downtown for easy access to the Friday parade and Fremont Street nightlife. The Strip suits a longer Vegas trip with shows, dining and the SAHARA pool event. The festival is at Desert Breeze, so neither Downtown nor the Strip puts you next door to both headline events.
• For a smaller LGBTQ-focused stay near Downtown, look at Bent Inn & Lounge. For a quieter suite hotel near the Strip, compare The Platinum Hotel. For a central resort stay, see Bellagio.

Getting around

• The parade’s main stage is at 4th Street and Bridger Avenue Downtown.
• Desert Breeze Events Center is west of the central resort corridor; use a car or rideshare for the festival and allow for event traffic.

• Las Vegas gay nightlife is spread across the city, with several venues around Paradise Road south of the main resort corridor.
