The Antique Waterfront Home is one of Provincetown’s most iconic homes, this charming, sprawling Cape Cod waterfront home dates from 1820, and contains its original historic details — including original paneling and two wood-burning fireplaces — updated for luxury modern living.

The home contains six bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 half bath, spread-out over 4000 square feet occupying two full floors, and a basement wine cellar.

The house is located in Provincetown’s desirable west end, across the street from the water.

The property has three dedicated parking spots, and is surrounded by private, manicured gardens — on one of the largest private lots in the town’s West End.

Central House is incredibly located, less than a block from Commercial St. and the beach! The house is walkable to everything, with a view of Pilgrim Monument. The house has six (6) bedrooms and sleeps up to twelve (12) people. Built in 1850, the house has incredible, original charm and fresh, eclectic styling.

Amenities include full kitchen, laundry room, outdoor dining, grill, bike rack, and outdoor shower. There’s tandem parking for up to two cars, as needed. This is our sixth rental season!

The home has a complete kitchen (including AllClad and cast-iron cookware, baking essentials, twelve table settings, etc.), a laundry room with washer/dryer, two full bathrooms, a fantastic outdoor shower, a spacious living room, and a dining room.
