Beach Pride Festival Hamburg 2023
Known as “Dein schwules Sommerfinale”, the gay beach event includes 3 days of partying, dancing, flirting, sports, fun and wellness at Heiligenhafen beach, just a 90 minute drive from Hamburg.
- This is an extremely popular Summer destination, with hotels and apartments booking out months in advance. So book as early as possible.
The Beach Festival
- Beach Pride Festival Hamburg hosts a Parade, beach fitness and volleyball games, chill-outs, a White Night and Full Moon Party, hot go-gos, gay cinema nights, pornokaraoke, a Mr Gay Beach competition and nightly men-only Steam party! There is something to suit all tastes.
The Schedule
- Events typically kick off on Thursday with the Pride Opening at 9 pm. On Friday Get to know everyone at the welcome event from 2 pm followed by the Ocean Cruise at 6pm or Sunset Cruise at 8 pm. The night ends with Flamingo Bingo at 9 pm and Mr Beach pride Contest on the promenade at midnight.
- Kick start your Saturday with some Beach Volleyball, at 11 am. The highlight of the weekend, the Pride parade, begins at 1 pm to 3 pm on the Promenade and the White Beach Picnic from 6.30pm until 10pm followed by the Pride Party.
- Sunday – Enjoy Brunch and Drags from 11 am at Holy Harbour Cafe and Grill as we bid farewell to another beach weekend.
Club nights and Nights Team Pool Parties.
- 136 Grad Hamburg hosts parties at Bretterbude Hinnerk Hotel on Friday at 11pm and Saturday from 9pm.
- Ocean Spa – Beach Motel Heiligenhafen hosts the night pool parties on Friday and Saturday from midnight.

- Most events are held at the Host Hotel, The Beach Motel Heiligenhafen. The hotel fills-up fast. The following nearby hotels are highly-rated:
- Beach Apartments Heiligenhafen – Rated “Fabulous” by guests, just 100m from the beach. Rooms are bright and spacious and the hotel is a short walk to the host venue.
