New York City Pride 2026 – The Birthplace of Pride.

New York City Pride is one of the world's most famous Pride events with more than 2 million people attending each year. The pride march is the centerpiece of NYC pride with its colorful floats, music, and community groups. Other events include some of the worlds biggest gay circuit events, boat parties, cultural events and even a party island.

Where to stay in New York During Pride?

New York City Pride

  • Next Edition: Wednesday 24th June – Sunday 29th June, 2025 – Although Pride Month events run throughout June, the major celebrations take place on the final weekend in June.
  • Events include several high-profile cultural events, theatre performances and a host of international circuit parties taking over some of the city's most iconic clubs and event spaces.

New York City Pride Parade

  • Sunday, June 28th 2026 –NYC Pride March: starts at 26th St & 5th Ave at 11 AM.
  • It marches south through Flatiron, west along 8th St to Christopher St, ending at 15th St & 7th Ave.
  • The pride march starts at 11 pm and ends by 3pm.
  • Tip! If you want more space, go to 5th Avenue closer to the beginning—around 25th–32nd Street—floats line up there and it’s less crowded.
  • West Village (Christopher & 7th) is festive and packed, ideal if you want the party vibe.
  • Arrive early (by 9:30–10 AM) to secure good sidewalk spots.

Pride Fest New York

  • Sunday, June 28th 2026 – 12.00East VillagePridefest is the annual LGBT street fair, held in Greenwich Village, on Hudson St. between Abingdon Sq & West 14th St and starts at 11 am till 7 pm.
  • Take a breath, drink some water, and roam a queer street fair while you caffeinate and prepare for the long Pride Sunday ahead.
  • Pride Fest includes food stalls, four stages, family areas, and over 30 years of LGBTQ street festival tradition.

NYC Drag March

  • Friday 26th June 2026 – A grassroots protest march in Tompkins Square Park, ending at the historic Stonewall Inn. Punk, non-corporate and purposefully inclusive. The event kicks off from 7.30 pm.
  • Participants assemble in Tompkins Square Park and march to the historic Stonewall Inn, located at Christopher Street and 7th Avenue.

Other Events & Circuit Parties
