Christopher Street Day is the name for Dusseldorf Gay Pride and sees about 50,000 people out in the streets celebrating, most of the entertainment happens in the gay village where the main stage is located with various artist performing over the 4 days.
The parade takes place on Sunday and is always one of the main highlights of the weekend; the parade starts at 2pm from Graf-Adolf-Platz and works its way through the old town, past the town hall and along the bank of the Rhine.
